Since they're both the same price, get the second one. It's 600 watts while the other is 450 watts only. You'll have more allowance to add other peripherals to your PC with a 600 watt PSU if you ever need to. I did some research recently on PSUs since I bought one myself a week ago. There is a debate between single 12v rails against multiple 12v rails. Some articles I found say multiple rails are better while others say it doesn't matter. Also, the safest amperage per rail is supposedly 20 amps or lower. I decided to go with a quad rail PSU, but I guess the most important thing I considered was the amperage required for my vidcard (8800 GT) and the other components I have installed in my PC and my budget. Not so much the number of rails and all those other fancy term found on PSUs. Bottom line for me was ''Does the PSU have enough continuous ''juice'' to get my PC going and running without straining or struggling itself?'' I got one that answered that question with a resounding YES. The PSU I got was an FSP Epsilon 80plus 600 watts. I was told that the amount of amps on the 12v rail was just as important as the number of watts. I didn't know if having a single rail with a higher amount of amps was better than having two rails with a lower amount of amps. Thanks for clearing this up.
I have that same ocz psu, it poweres my 125 watt phenom, 4x1gb sticks of ram 2 hdds and a hd 4870 just fine.
