overclocking e6600 past 3.2ghz?

i just overclocked my stock 2.4ghz conroe to 3.2ghz in the bios and it idles at 35-40c which is pretty good. Is it worth going even more? Im pretty noob at all this and read some guides to get it here but it still so cold with stock cooling so should i go a bit further, i ran benchmarks for hours and no problems at what its at now.overclocking e6600 past 3.2ghz?
o and im not sure if theres other ways to do this but all i did was up the fsb to i think 355, brings the memory to 700mhz.overclocking e6600 past 3.2ghz?
you need to work with the fsb voltage, cpu voltage, NB, SB etc. ... google for a tutorial man :P like we all did, you can get some even on you tube, pretty handy too.
