i would like to get a new graphics card but im confused about which one to get. i currently have an Intel 82845G graphics controller. and im on windows xpi would like to get a new graphics card
How much money do you plan on pitching in for a new graphics card? And which brand do you prefer?i would like to get a new graphics card
If you want to go to ATI, get the 4870 which is $300 and I've seen some as low as $250. If you don't want to spend that much go for the 4850. If you want to go nVidia, and don't want to spend much then get the 8800GT which is 110-130 dollars. Also, the 9800GTX is a great card as well.

You can also go to start, run, and type in dxdiag.
click start button then on the run console type DXDIAG , you'll get the info on your pc
