I've heard a lot about this fan, but i wonder if it is compatible with my build. I am getting an Intel Quad core, but the only listed compatible quad is the Extreme. Will this work?I've also heard the push pins are a bad design and could potentially ruin the Mobo, but thats like 1 review out of 40. Freezer 7 Pro
If your CPU socket is LGA775(which it is), then the fan will sit on top of it nicely. I don't think there should be any trouble with it.Freezer 7 Pro

its a great cooler, even though i prefer the one i have (thermaltake V1 ) but its a very good, cheap, eficient cooler
