Not that two 9800x2's are bad, heck, if some guy walked by me holding two 9800x2's I'd cry at his feet, but over 7 grand and you only get that? Why? oh and can you take some system pics for me so I can frame them?

well the configuration wasmade on a site from Intel, they're not like the cheapest company but I know that the quality is good, the cards may be bad but i can put 2 8800 GTX cards in it and burn them all down so I'm always looking at the quality first, not necessarily the power or whatever, btw when I bought that one those things were pretty new to the market or at least most of them and as you know, when things come to the market, the first half year the prizes are somewhat insane, if you would buy that one right now it would be much less in price, I should've wait i know but I am looking to some of the Paladin series and probably going to sell this one and buy one of the paladin series...

this quadcore isn't the only computer in the house to be honest;)
dubbelpost sorry xDwell and I had problems before with the routers and so I thought like 'hey I don't want to end up like the last time a whole week without internet just because (and i still don't know how) everything just went to hell so that's why, better to have too many than just having one, that's how i think about it

Well, whatever makes you happy Facekicker. Although I find $7000 for a PC extremely unecessary, you're entitled to your happiness. You only live once. Knock on wood, you may walk out the door and die tomorrow. So, more power to you. Seems like you're wealthy so you're not hurting anyone. Just make sure to donate money to charity and the church. ;) My build is in my sig. Try not to be harsh. :PNote: As you can tell, I haven't overclocked yet. I plan to OC, but I have to wait one more week to break it in.
Trust me, 'wealth' is a big word if you think i'm wealth;)and i do give money to charity, especially to foundations who take care of children with diabetics, 'cause i'm diabetic myself since i was born;) I maybe have a bit of money but my heart is still on the right place don't worry :)
btw your build isn't really bad to be honest, even I would be already happy with something like that, especially the case;)
btw your build isn't really bad to be honest, even I would be already happy with something like that, especially the case;)
It isnt really bad compared to your build, but it's a beast for the average hardcore PC gamer. I max out every game, even Crysis with very playable framerates, so I'm pretty much set for a while. It's my first build too, and I did it myself. Yeah, I'm proud of that. :P The case is sexy but it's not going to do until I get one more fan for the blowhole. I have 4 fans so far. Temps are good but not great. But then again, it could be the weather here in Southern California. Like I said, I haven't overclocked yet and I dont need a Quad because all I do is websurf and play games. And I plan to upgrade to HD4870 Crossfire or HD4870x2, depending on the outcome of benchmarks and pricing. Also, I'll be running RAID 0 with the Raptor X's along with the GPU upgrade. If I go Quadfire, that PSU has to go. Realistically, I'm looking at Crossfire HD4870. I'm through spending any more money on this build. I already spent $2000 on everything and that to me is already overkill. My priority with this rig is Crossfire. That's about it.
