Need graphics card advice!

I bought a very good computer from my local Best Buy. It's a great computer but the graphics card I got with it is terrible. I'm thinking about getting a better graphics card, but I don't want to spend over $150 if it can be helped. I already looked at a 8800GT at my local Best Buy, but it's $250 which is way more than I'd like to spend. If you guys could recommend a decent graphics card that can run games like Battlefield 2, Oblivion, and Call of Duty 4. I've got my eye on a BFG GeForce 7300GT but I don't know if it will be able to run these games on medium/high with good framerates. (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8367279%26type=product%26id=1177718060586)My system specs are as follows:
-AMD Athlon Dual-Core Proccessor @ 2.6Ghz
-2GB RAM
-Nvidia GeForce 6150, 128MBThank you for your help.Need graphics card advice!

^^^ Agreed, Newegg is aweomse. BestBuy FTL! They overprice you and rip you off whenever they can.
What eva u do dont buy a 7300gt you will be incredibly disapointed
9600 GT. We don't know about his PSU. Only safe way to go is the 9600 GT.
NEVER EVER BUY A GRAPHICS CARD FOR BEST BUY ETC the 8800gt is now really cheap from real pc stores/online. the 7300gt is junk for gaming, if you want to game get a 9600gt/8800gt/3850 all those are great cheap cards
also look at the 8800gs or 9600gso

Thats not safe for a pre-built so what are you talking about? To the topic creator, the 7300GT sells online brand new for $30-$40 so your getting so ripped off. Unless you want a lowend card, your going to need a powersupply upgrade. I have to bold it because the way im reading this thread, about 3-4 people are making it seem like he can just go out and buy it with no probem.

Does anyone know how I check what kind of power supply I have, because I don't know how.
Ok, I've decided on a GeForce 8800GT for $187.99 from Best Buy. But I don't know if I'm going to need to upgrade my power supply? How do I check?
Have you looked on-line because Newegg.com,buy.comand tigerdirect.com all sell video cards for cheaper even with the shipping cost. As for your powersupply question, give us the name of your rig (dell hp or whatever) and the model number and we can look it up for you if you are scared to take off your case and look at the label on your P.S.U. (power supply)
I have a HP Pavilion a6200n PC. Thanks for checking for me.
I have a HP Pavilion a6200n PC. Thanks for checking for me.
I just check another forums and it looks like its a 300w which is bad. Take your card back to bestby and order both the powersupply and video card online since you could get them both for the same price as what you paid for at bestbuy.
250$? at Best buy?! my best buy sells them at 170$! But I ordered my 8800GT online at Amazon.com! go there and get it! you can even purchase the superclocked addition now for only 152$! It's the perfect price, take my recommendation man, go get it off amazon!
