What can I expect with these specs?

Well first let's keep all flaming on specs out of the thread, and keep it within topic please.Anyways I recently got an AMD quad-core phenom 9100e, 1.8ghz (I know, but i'm not a 'hardcore' gamer)To start I have a 600w psu w/ 20pins, while my board is 24 pin, so i'm waiting til I pick up a new PS before I put in my 512mb 8800GT. Also running on 4gb ram. Before I ask my main question, the stock video card is an ati radeon hd3200, as a WoW player who still plays on a 6600GT, I was surprised that WoW running on med. ran at ~20-30fps, I tested 1920x1200 res on max and it ran at ~5-10, what could the issue be? I expected it to run perfect considering the graphics aren't high end, could it be the 24'' monitor? I was told by a friend the stock gfx card might be overclocked, and I plan on checking soon when I can, i'd still like to know why this is happening and hope to try some games on the 3200 before I hook up the 8800GT.Second, what can I expect with these specs? I wasn't concerned about wow since im sure it'll run flawlessly most times on max w/ an 8800GT, but what about higher end games such as Crysis? Is it possible to be playable on medium? And are most RTS games such as world in conflict gonna run well? If anyone could tell me what I can expect from these specs from games within the last 1-2 years, and within 1-3 years from now, i'd appreciate it. Thank you :)Oh lastly, since i'd love to test the 8800GT's power, what fun games have u all played can I run on medium-max that I prolly couldn't before w/ a 6600GT? I'd appreciate some game names that u all enjoyed so I can give em a shot, thanks! What can I expect with these specs?
1920x1200 is gona be a tuff one for 88GT, especially on high settings and with some AA, AF applied. What can I expect with these specs?
I agree, domke13.But; the reason WoW doesn't play well is simply because the game mostly completely forgets your system specs and only tries to sync your game to the server. I have SLI 8800GT's and a Q6600 playing WoW @ 1680x1050 and even i still get frame drops when lots of stuff is happening...Crysis you should play fine on medium @ 19x12. Cod4 on mostly max without AA at 19x12. Should run WiC at high settings, and the rig will play most games on medium-high for the next year of so. But as domke13 said, 19x12 is tough for the 8800gt due to lower vram.
Ah thanks for the replies, i'm glad to hear about what I can expect. But I still find WoW to be ridiculous, I played on an empty area and still ran sluggishly, while my 6600GT ran better on a more crowded area. It's not even playable.

However you can make it run on your machine as OpenGL and not Direct3D, thus, allowing your quad with low per core clocks to run it much better.find your config.wtf folder and edit it and add in gxapi = ''Opengl'
