Help me choose between two monitors

Im buying a 19'' monitor either this lg or this samsung,the samsung is 20$ more expensive and has a viewing angle of 170/160 but has a higher contrast ratio of 8000:1, while the lg has a less contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a better viewing angle of 170/170. everything else is the same(response time 5ms ,brightness 300 cd/m2,resolution 1440x900,....)From your personal experience which is better samsung or lg ?and is the increase in contrast ratio worth it ?and is 5ms enough for gaming ?Help me choose between two monitors
Samsung. 5ms is enough. But look at some of the 22'' widescreens as they have now dipped to 19'' prices.Help me choose between two monitors
They are both TN panels, so viewing angles are over rated. Both have around 145/145 viewing angles. I'd choose Samsung over LG just cause imo Samsung has better built quality. Colors will look as ''good'' as they can for TN panel on both so those uber high contrast ratios dont even matter that much.
It's 8000:1 Dynamic Contrast. Both have the same static contrast.
