Building a computer; Help :)

Well, I'm very close to having the money needed to buy and build a new computer; I've done a lot of looking and reading to get an idea of what kind of parts I want, and this is the build I've settled on. Any comments/suggestions would be much appreciated. :DCase: NZXT Tempesthttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146047Motherboard: ASUS P5Q-E P45http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131296Processor: Intel E8400http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115037RAM: Corsair XMS Series 4gbhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145184Graphics Card: ASUS ATI HD4850 (will eventually Xfire)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121253Power Supply: PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750Watthttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341011Hard Drive: Western Digital Cavier SATA 3gb/s 7200 RPM 640gbhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136218Operating System: Windows Vista Home 64-bitThat's that. Just wanted some final ideas/comments, and to know if all of this will be compatible. The total with Tax and Shipping comes out to just over 1,000$$, mainly because I did quite a few of Newegg's combos. :D Any other ideas on the PSU would be appreciated, and I was wondering if I should go for the 1gb Sapphire HD4850, or just stick to the ASUS. Thanks in advance. :D Edit: The price is excluding the OS, but I found a place where I can get it for around 80$. Building a computer; Help :)

Interesting set up .... I think you meant crossfire not xfire lol. You may also want to get a better cooler for the E8400 if you plan on overclocking it.
Yeah an affordable AC Freezer 7 Pro would be sufficient for some overclocking on your CPU. Ive got that on my E7200 and its stays nice and cool. 32celcius idle right now.
This would be good for moderate overclocking up to 3.8GHz maybe 4.0Ghz.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118223
I don't plan on overlocking it, but I'm thinking of getting an aftermarket CPU Heatsink/Fan; unsure of which to buy, though. Will probably just go with the seemingly popular Arctic Freezer 7. Oh, I've seen Xfire used as shorthand for Crossfire, unless Xfire refers to something else entirely, and I'm horribly mistaken. :P Thanks, though.
Looks good. P45 x8/x8 isn't as good as X48 x16/x16 for Crossfire but still better than P35 x16/x4, or so i've heard. You can save some money by getting the Corsair 650TX power supply, which is enough to power your system with two hd4850s.And stick with the Asus hd4850, i don't think the extra 512 MB is worth it.

If you dont plan on OCing (idk why not, your CPU is great for it) then the freezer 7 pro would be a great choice.

Ah, thanks for the tips guys. I may or may not OC; I've never done it before, but, what the hell, no time like the present, lol. Anyway, thanks for all the tips, and I have one last question: How's the case?
well, the pc in my sig cost me 845$, change the mobo to another chipset (maybe X38 or sumthin) and the cpu to the 8400, the rest is awesome
