New build....small XP problem

I just built my new PC....XP doesn't shut down. It starts to shut down, then there is an error beep.....then nothing, untill I hit reset. Why does this happen?New build....small XP problem

Bad memory? Could be anything, what does the mobo manual say a beep error means?.......
I don't think the PSU is my problem. 800 watt Ultra X3, only running one video card. I should have more then enough power......
It actually sounds more like an XP error....you know, the annoying beep when something crashes
Plus, for the first day or so, the OS was shutting down fine. This just randomly started happening now.
