My decided build. Your thoughts?

I've finally decided on my final build. I've been researching like crazy to find what specs were best for my budget. And this is the build I've came to:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz 6MB Cache 1333MHz FSB

1000 Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply

Dual 896MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 SLI

4GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1066MHz - 2 x 2048MB

High-Performance Liquid Cooling

NVIDIA nForce 790i Ultra SLI Motherboard

Windows Vista Home Premium Operating System

500GB SATA 3Gb/s 7,200RPM 16MB Cache

Killer K1 Gaming Network Interface Card

Acer P241W 24'' 2ms 3000:1 HDMI Enabled Monitor (1920 x 1200)My decided build. Your thoughts?
Killer computer. I'm jealous. But the Killer NIC card? Why not save the hundreds of dollars and get a bigger hard drive or get 280 in SLI or something. Kind of a waste IMO.My decided build. Your thoughts?
Theres no point getting DDR3 if you're getting 1066mhz ram, either stick with some high-end ddr2 or at the very least some fast 1333mhz ddr3 or better.Instead of 2 gtx260s in SLI get a single gtx280, or even consider an ATI solution. Unless you must build right now, the ati 4870x2 is just around the corner and looks to be worth the wait.If the E8500 fits your budget, you may as well look into a quad core instead like the Q9450 would be a good choice. From what you have listed such as, ''1000 Watt Multi-GPU Approved Power Supply, High-Performance Liquid Cooling'' Would I be correct in saying you're buying a pre-built machine?

two words: i'm jealouse
DDR3-1600mhz or more would only be worth it, 1333 is better, but it's not worth the large pricetag, 1600 is when the large amounts of money actually are worth it. But then again, you could argue that if you have the money for 1600mhz, you might as well go all out at 2000mhzEDIT: oh and I know you only buy Nvidia cards, I wont tell you otherwise, I'm just wondering why?
Yeah, no-go on the DDR3. No performance increase and over twice the cost. You can get the overclocking headroom with standard PC10000 RAM.
