Is my GPU bottlenecked? Do I need a new CPU?

My cpu is running at 3GHZ and has a bus speed of 1500Mhz. Is my GPU bottlenecked? Do I need a new CPU?
Save up. I'm running an HD 4870 with my CPU OCed to 3.0Ghz. I haven't seen anything less then expected.Is my GPU bottlenecked? Do I need a new CPU?
Nope... U don't need to... Your specs is fine, I rate it 80%... There's no need to upgrade anything now, SAVE money for Nehalem... I SAVE money now for Nehalem too... Just ignore people saying Nehalem is a waste, why? Because remember when Q6600 first release, how many people doub't it performance? Many including me too... But look now, how many people use it?... I think Intel Nehalem will repeat the same success, so don't upgrade a minor performance right now...
